Nilla wafer crust, roasted banana custard, and a silky layer of chocolate ganache. This pie comes together in less than 90 minutes and will happily sit in your fridge for a day or two until you’re ready to serve. Roasting bananas in the oven while your crust bakes is my secret to an extra flavorful banana pudding.
